Our new Guide for Patients is a comprehensive booklet containing all the information we think you may need to have at your fingertips. It contains important information about our new surgery times, different types of clinics available, as well as information about the doctors and the wider clinical team, and the vast range of services on offer at Tavyside. There are many useful numbers and contact details in the booklet from local chemists and various helplines to hospitals.
Please ensure you pick one up at your next routine visit or feel free to pop-in at any time to collect one.

Tavistock's Sure Start Children's Centre
Sure Start Children's Centre are places where families with children under 5 years old can access services and get help and support.
Tavyside Pharmacy
Tavyside Health Centre has its own dedicated Pharmacy (within the Health Centre), supplying and assisting you with all your prescription and medical requirements.
Tavyside Conference & Training Centre
The third floor of Tavyside is home to a state of the art Conference and Training Centre, which can be hired for all your Conference and Training needs.
Emigrating to Canada or New Zealand?
Tavyside is a designated panel centre for the High Commissions of these countries.
